Exchange
Most hosted Exchange providers sell only a 'cookie cutter' solution, generally comprised of a per-mailbox fee including 1-2GB of storage, and possibly BlackBerry/Windows Mobile support. This is fine for most small businesses - but in some scenarios, you need something more powerful, or just more flexible. Perhaps you need to tie in to your onsite Active Directory, to incorporate single-sign-on for your Outlook authentication. Or, you want tighter control of users and rights management, support for multiple handhelds per user, specific patch application, etc.
That's why we offer multiple options for implementation of Exchange hosting, including:
Shared Hosting
This is the simplest and least expensive option to allow you to switch from legacy POP3 e-mail to a new Exchange solution. It's great for a small office - generally 1-25 employees - if you don't want to implement your own onsite server to run your e-mail. It allows for all the benefits of Exchange, including shared contacts, shared calendars, remote Outlook access, BlackBerry and iPhone support, etc, at a low monthly fee.
Onsite SBS
If you're in the market for a new server, why not have us implement a Windows Small Business Server for you? This is a fantastic product, which provides an abundant suite of features tailored to small businesses like yours - including remote access, file sharing, security customization, reporting, etc. However, one of the primary features is the integrated Microsoft Exchange platform. You can run your own Exchange server right at the office - managed entirely by Sea to Sky! This eliminates the monthly cost for the Exchange platform, and provides excellent management capability for custom solutions and user permission control. This is a great solution for business of 5-40 employees.
Dedicated Offsite
The possibilities are endless when you've got your own Exchange server. Let us host it for you in our high-reliability data centre, and manage it for you - no stress for you, but with all the functionality you need. This is a great solution for companies scaling up from traditional hosted Exchange to a platform that can easily handle upwards of 500 employees for a fixed monthly cost.
