The support from Sea to Sky is great. I submit numerous requests a month, ranging from a simple software upgrade to coordinating installations with third party contractors. Regardless of the task, I’m always impressed by the team and the quality and timeliness of their work. A special shout out to the two local Kelowna techs. Not only do they handle the ‘regular’ tasks thrown at them, they have a habit of going above and beyond setting up systems and equipment so that trouble shooting future issues can be handled with ease.

Absolutely no help what-so-ever. Bounced me around to various people without answering one simple question, namely do they have experience in programing my device. They refused to answer the question until I had opened up an account with them. When I pointed out I don't need to open up an account to know if they have experience and can program my equipment he hung up on me. Truly, what a bunch of unhelpful people.
