5. Brockton Point Lighthouse

One of Vancouver's most photographed icons, the Brockton Point Lighthouse stands at the northeastern tip of Stanley Park where the harbour meets the open waters of Burrard Inlet. Its cheerful red-and-white striped tower is a beloved symbol of the city, and the surrounding seawall trail offers some of the most scenic walking and cycling in North America. It's a favourite spot for kite flying, picnicking, kayaking, and simply soaking in the scenery. The park is also home to the Museum of Vancouver and the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre, making it equally appealing for curious minds. Easily walkable from our Vine Street office, it's the perfect spot to stretch your legs between meetings and take in that famous Vancouver air.

7. BC Place

Vancouver's iconic multi-purpose stadium, BC Place, is the beating heart of the city's sports and live events scene. With its distinctive retractable roof and seating for over 54,000 fans, it hosts BC Lions CFL games, Vancouver Whitecaps FC soccer matches, international rugby, major concerts, and world-class conventions. If you happen to be in town on event night, the atmosphere inside is electric. We always recommend checking the BC Place calendar before your visit - there's often something spectacular on.

8. Spanish Banks Beach

A beloved local secret, Spanish Banks Beach is where Vancouverites go when they want a beach experience without the crowds. Stretching along the Point Grey shoreline, this long sandy beach offers calm waters, wide open sandflats at low tide, and arguably the best unobstructed views of downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains anywhere in the city. It's quieter and more relaxed than nearby Kitsilano Beach, making it a wonderful spot for a morning walk, a sunset picnic, or simply a moment of calm reflection between a busy day of meetings.
