We are currently looking to fill a maternity leave position for our Office Administrator. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills who has experience working in an office environment.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Online is preferred
- Able to work independently
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Extremely organized
- Technical knowledge is an asset
- Create invoices and handle accounts receivable
- Basic accounting and data entry
- Bank deposits and bill payment
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Shipping and receiving
- Manage orders for office supplies, kitchen, etc.
